There is definitely an art in embracing change (yes some people
really do – and when you do its amazing!) and helping others
with change.
Change can be personal events in your life such as marriage or divorce or moving home, and in business can be anything from new role, new environment, new process , new colleagues, new boss, merger, redundancy – the list is endless… For such a small word change can conjour up huge feelings of fear and uncertainty. We have vast experience in supporting people with leading change in people and helping people work in a change environment. In fact at GPD we have all successfully developed people who have been through change (and survived!) and we have all been through major change ourselves and have used our experiences to help people just like you when they are approaching a change programme or change event. |
