I’m Craig Sclare , I have healthy obsession with looking
inside “big ole heads” to see what’s going on, why, how, where
and with who. I am also a Learning addict!
When we were young I use to ask the question why? Loads – now I am older and know better I ask it even more! (ask my wife when I am asked to do anything remotely close to DIY!) Asking questions is great – the more I ask the more I listen and the more I learn. That’s why every person I work with is a totally new experience, everyone is uniquely different and it’s a buzz finding the right solutions to help different people and different companies. I call myself a People Specialist – to me and I hope you this means I do everything I can to help people develop And understand stuff. I help people learn new skills, develop existing ones and generally realise how great they are. |

| I spent many years at a leading blue chip organisation – Dixons Stores Group international. Time was spent as a senior retail manager and my recent times (last 10 yrs) have been spent in various Learning & Development roles throughout the organisation including retail and most recently Supply Chain. |
| As a senior Learning Manager I coached many senior managers and executives and also colleagues from other business in developing themselves and achieving personal greatness – both inside and outside the work arena. |
| I have another healthy obsession which is leadership development and change development and feel that developing great leaders and developing a change mind set is the greatest way to develop a business and hold and grow that leading edge. | Change as I see it is the biggest reasons companies are successful, failing to change and failing to know how to help your people with change is a big area that can turn round and bite you when you least expect it. Change is huge! I have spent the last 3 years successfully developing managers and leaders in leading and implementing a major change programme that has resulted in massive savings to a company and huge growth in the engagement of all employees – amazing results and a great story. |

| I'm a drummer which helps keep the creativity flowing and I play in various bands. I am a music addict and always have something playing somewhere. And I love discovering untapped talent – business or non business it’s all; around us, just look above, below and side to side and there it is – oh yes most important – look in the mirror to see the greatest talent. |
